More Than Just an Attorney
Mark L. Mitchell was admitted to the practice of law by the State Bar of Texas in 1992. He is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of Texas. Mr. Mitchell is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of the State of Texas. Mark also served in the United States Air Force in Military Intelligence from 1976-1980, at bases in both Europe and the United States, before being honorably discharged in 1980.
Preparatory education: University of Houston, Bachelor of Science-Business 1985.
Legal education: Whittier College, Juris Doctor 1992.

Our client was charged with Assault-Family Member. While having a heated discussion with her Boyfriend at the mall, she jumped in her car to follow him and made attempts to "run him over". All this was caught on the CCTV camera in the surrounding parking lot at the mall. Mark Mitchell got her case dismissed.
